You will need to contact them directly, not through Mirah.

Mirah provides the technology your provider uses, but we are not your medical office. For your security and privacy, Mirah staff cannot access your medical records, schedule appointments, or relay messages to your provider.

How to reach your provider:

• Call the clinic directly: Check your last appointment reminder or the back of your appointment card for their phone number.

• Use your Patient Portal: Most providers have a dedicated portal (like MyChart or FollowMyHealth) for direct messaging.

• Search Online: Use Google Maps to find the name of the medical group or facility you visit.

Need technical help with the Mirah platform? If you are having trouble with a specific Mirah link, login, or survey, your provider will be able to assist you.
