Tyrena Lester

CLINICLAL IMPLEMENTATION

Tyrena is a seasoned clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health, trauma-informed care, and social work education. She has led teams in healthcare and community settings, supported victims of violence, and taught at the graduate and undergraduate levels. In her role at Mirah Tyrena helps providers implement both measurement-based care and collaborative care across various settings. Tyrena is passionate about ethical practice, equity in mental health, and supporting the next generation of social workers through teaching and mentorship. 

Originally from the Western Mass area, Tyrena received her Masters degree in Social Work from Springfield College. She is a dance mom, and a dog mom.
