Michael is an accomplished senior financial executive with experience in both public companies and private-equity backed concerns. He has focused his finance career on ensuring capital is available for strategic investments in new product development and meeting customer needs to drive improved returns. He has also facilitated the search for complementary product offerings through M&A and licensing deal execution. Michael has a BS and MS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.  Michael is also a CPA (inactive).

Michael resides in Milton, GA with his wife and two children and enjoys investing, reading and golf.
